Javea 1 is the brainchild of Carson McRae, who is the arguably one of the most qualified of a small group of intergrated overseas realitors who genuinly have been successfuly selling properties in Javea since 1991 or before.

There are many Estate agents claiming to have the almost 15 years of experience that Carson McRae has and this is simply not true. Due to changes in the law regarding estate agents, it has meant that many have "jumped on the band wagon" and claim this experience but in reality they have either bought an existing fairly none functional company ( to acquire the name ) or they simply add together all of the years experience that their employies have and claim this as their 10, 15 or even more years of experience as a trading company.
